I propose to word it in this way, instead of definitely promising her any pension,
because the Prussian Memorandum only provides for grant of comp. allowance at ordinary pension rate, for officers who have served at least 15 years (by implication) and have reached the ordinary retiring age.
It would not be prudent to admit her right as it would open the door to several other claims.
